Welcome to the Administration Office home page.

Our office is located on the second floor of the Town Hall at 175 Queen Street East.  Our hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

The Administration office includes the office of the CAO/Clerk and Human Resources.  We are responsible for the following:
  • Policy advisor to Council 
  • Preparation of bylaws, corporate agreements and related documents 
  • Preparation of follow-up correspondence from Council meetings 
  • Supervising administrative affairs for the Corporation of the Town of St. Marys 
  • Economic development 
  • Human Resource management 
  • Municipal Lottery Licensing 
  • Payroll department for municipal employees including benefit administration 
  • Providing notice for zoning/planning amendments 
  • Administration of public tender documents
